Gilles’ Orange Marmalade Muffins

½ cup (120g) butter
½ cup (100 g )sugar
Mix these two together until they are creamy smooth, A spatula works best.
1 egg
Zest of one orange and juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp of marmalade
½ cup Flour (120g )
½ tablespoon (5g) baking powder
Mix butter and sugar,
Add egg and juice
Fold in the flour
Put it in the mold to cook for 15 mins at around 350 degrees
