Marmalade Roasted Carrots
- 8 organic carrots, peeled and cut
- 2 tbsp Happy the Golden Jam Orange Marmalade
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Peel and cut 8 organic carrots and place on a roasting pan.
- Combine rosemary, olive oil, orange marmalade, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the muxture evenly over the carrots.
- Place on a roasting pan in the oven at 350 for 15 mins, rotate frequently.
- Et voila!
